The mission of Grants Pass/Rubtsovsk Sister City is to facilitate the residents of Josephine County
and Rubtsovsk in meeting one another, with the desire to create bridges of understanding, cooperation,
and goodwill between our people. The exchanges between the people of these two distinct regions are
primarily concerned with enhancing individual perspectives of our diverse cultures, including, but not
limited to, music, art, education, sports, leisure activities, business interests and local government.
